The Texas Marine Mammal Stranding Network (TMMSN) is one of eight non profit organizations in Texas supported by a Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) sponsored license plate. For each $30 plate fee collected, $22 goes to a special TPWD fund for the plate, and then 100% of these dollars is passed on to the TMMSN for our mission.
